This is adapted from a recipe that I used to make before our household was GF/Vegan.
Flawless Cake Icing
- 1/2 cup Earth Balance
- 2 cups icing sugar
Cream together. Then beat in:
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 cup icing sugar
If stiff, add 1-2 Tbsp non-dairy milk to get the right consistency and spreadability.
Chocolate Cake Icing
- 1/2 cup Earth Balance
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
Cream together. Then beat in:
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1 cup icing sugar
If stiff, add 1-2 Tbsp non-dairy milk to get right consistency.
