Peanut Butter Carrot Dog Cookies
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • ½ cup sorghum flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅛ cup water, or more as needed
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the work bowl of your food processor.
  3. Pulse until all combined, adding more water as needed.
  4. Roll out on a floured surface to about ¼" thick.
  5. Cut out with cookie cutters in various shapes.
  6. Place gently on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until cookies are crunchy and very lightly browned.
  8. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
